Yes folks, Dave Croft has emerged from his Dumfriesshire sandpit to re-join the Reaction for the first time since 2002 and play his first live performance since the Night Of The Shiny Shoes in 1991! The band consisted of me on guitar and vox-approx, Philthy Davis on bass, The Wildebeest on bjembe, and Dave on guitar. It was an unusually quiet night at the Smack. I can only assume that someone had finally remembered to close the gate at St. Martin’s. Another highlight was a performance by the new expanded Das Zumas, with Steve The Postman and his Hofner guitar. Material is flowing thick and fast. We really ought to record something.
